Product dispatch is made by registered mail services via Cyprus Post. Customers are responsible for any errors or omissions in the address indicated.

Products are expected to reach their destination within ten (10) days from the date of the order. However, this is indicative and is given for information purposes only. More time may be necessary for destinations outside the European Union.  The Central Bank is not responsible for delays that may be caused by unforeseeable circumstances or negligence or other actions of the postal services.

In the case of registed mail, the postal services provide compensation of approximately €30 for Product loss.  If Customers wish to have full cover for the value of their order, the option of insurance coverage is available.
